Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ExecHealth Notes (dukeexechealth.org) collects when you visit, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and nothing is sold.
No analytics, ads or tracking
We do not run analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social media widgets. We do not build visitor profiles.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies for readers. Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. Logged-in site administrators receive standard WordPress login cookies.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting and security providers automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are kept for a limited period.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to handle corrections, and we don’t add you to any mailing list. Please don’t send us personal medical details: we can’t give individual advice.
Comments and forms
Comments are switched off and the site has no sign-up forms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
